Responsibilities:
- Assist sales team in identifying new business opportunities within the automation sector.
- Research and understand customer needs and conceptualise automation solutions.
- Develop and present clear technical proposals and quotes tailored to specific customer requirements.
- Asnwer customer inquiries and provide technical guidance.
- Prepare and maintain sales order documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, marketing) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist with design and project simulation process development
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Strong understanding of automation principles and technologies.
- Excellent communication, written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and 3D CAD Design.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team player with a positive and results-oriented attitude.
