• Liaising with clients to assist in the administration of corporate secretarial services in Singapore.
• ACRA filing to maintain statutory records for Singapore companies
• Liaise with client on required due diligence documents, calling for board meeting and day today activities.
• Incorporation, registration, liquidations and administration of companies, statutory Compliance.
• Drafting Annual General Meeting, resolutions, recording minutes meeting for Singapore Companies
• Maintenance of the confidentiality of the client database in relation toCompanies
• Attending the annual client review process, and attending to any deficiencies as raised during the review and any other ad-hoc administrative requirements from time to time.
