Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Marine Equipment Wholesaler
- Position Title: Sales Admin/Sales Admin Executive
- Working Location: Tuas West/Jurong West (Depending on the assigned office)
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5.30 pm (One Saturday per month, 9 am – 12 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to $3,000 + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Perform all kinds of general admin tasks, including data entry, and preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Manage purchase orders (PO), delivery orders (DO), contracts, and quotations.
- Attend to customers via phone and email, providing excellent customer service.
- Coordinate the delivery of spare parts to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
- Liaise with suppliers and keep customers informed about the status of their shipments.
- Oversee and manage inventory to ensure stock levels are maintained and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Respond to complaints from customers and provide after-sales support when required to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support overseas team members and follow up on overseas requests and inquiries to ensure seamless operations across regions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
