Working Hours

- Monday-Thursday 7am to 5pm, Friday 7am to 4pm
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in similar capacity.
- Ability to pay attention to details and follow instructions from Chef
- Ability to integrate into a team; working as part of a team
- Ability to use hands effectively to perform various tasks
- Knowledge of how the kitchen works, equipment, tools and utensils
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Passion for food preparation
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Performing mise en place, preparing of all food ingredients for cooking process by cutting, washing, peeling, and cutting.
- According to recipes to prepare food in compliance with standards of quality and quantity in daily menu
- Ensure ingredients are properly kept at appropriate temperature
- Ensuring safety and hygiene in the kitchen
- Clean work equipment, dishes, utensils, and work areas
- Other duties that may be delegated from time to time.
