This will be a 12 months contract position.
Scope of Work
- customer service and support operation to billing system and report system for GeBIZ.
- billing operation, report operation, change management, user education, incident management and problem management.
- manage in-bound calls and emails
- co-ordinate work with internal teams and external users.
- attend to any incidents raised and track them to their closure, escalating where required.
- ensure accuracy of bills and manage any readjustments
- generate and monitor billing reports.
- Assist in training the GeBIZ virtual assistant and covering the duty of web deployment when required.
Requirement
- 4 years of relevant and recent work experience in providing support for billing, report and financial related operations
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Business domain knowledge in government procurement, GeBIZ portal and the portal operations.
- Able to work with different teams, gather and analyse requirements and recommend areas of improvement independently
- Working knowledge in:
- Accounting or billing practices;
- Use of Government electronic Business Portal;
- Use of Internet Browsers like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox,Microsoft Edge/ Internet Explorer
- Use of Office applications like Outlook, Word, Excel
- Knowledge or experience in virtual assistant application will be an added advantage.
