- Operates restaurant with the purpose of optimising profits by controlling expenses and building sales volume.
- Has overall responsibilities and is accountable for the smooth running of the restaurant
- Responsible for the profitability of the outlet, staff management, product quality, maintaining excellent customer service standards and execution of promotions in outlet
- Develop marketing strategy and sales proposal to Management
- Develop monthly sales target, and monitor sales for respective outlet
- Lead and motivate staff in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction
- Reviews employees’ performance and recommends wage increases.
- Checks on inventory control, ordering and purchases of all stock items and storeroom organisation.
- Checks on the replenishment of all paper products, like serviettes, takeaway boxes and bags, stationery, etc.
- Stand in in the event of staff shortage.
- Ensures the proper use and cleaning of all equipment.
- Responsible for balancing the shift-taking of the cashiers.
- Supervises the efficient handling of cash through correct cash register procedures.
- Ensures the correct dispensing of all beverages and the organization of the beverage workstations.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of moral and group spirit within the outlet.
- Responsible for the training of new crewmembers.
- Prepare all reports including but not limited to:- Sales Reports, Duty Roster and Attendance records, Part time and OT records and all other related reports
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
