Role Responsibilities
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Software Engineers (Salesforce). Equipped with good technical fundamentals, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills in no-code / low-code software development with the Salesforce platform. You will be involved in various Salesforce projects, working on customization, configuration, and integration to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training and Certification: Attain the required Salesforce certifications including but not limited to: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, OmniStudio Developer, and JavaScript Developer.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Solution/Technical Architects to gather and analyze requirements.
- Development: Participate in joint software design and development.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct testing to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Support: Provide operational support and maintenance for deployed software.

- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Node (Javascript/Typescript), SQL, Salesforce Apex & SOQL.
- Proficiency in web technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with unit and integration testing.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Bonus Skills:
- Familiarity with web frontend frameworks e.g. Web components, React or Vue.js.
- Experience with cloud technologies, integration middleware, batch processing, reporting tools (e.g. Amazon Web Services, Mulesoft, Tableau)
- Understanding of web security.
- Previous experience in Salesforce implementation or holding Salesforce certifications.
