Job Description:
Manage and oversee the full spectrum of the Admin and Finance function, including:
· Preparation and closing of annual financial statements
· Cash flow management, including use of MML and TR financing
· A/R, A/P, G/L, account reconciliation, etc.
· Customer credit review and approval
· Coordinate with other departments on customer and supplier registration
· Intercompany transactions with related parties
· Liaise with external parties like bankers, lawyers, external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local government authorities, etc.
· Ensure compliance to all legal/regulatory requirements for the company’s accounting practices, secretarial filings, tax filings, etc.
· Manage corporate taxation and GST include prepare and review tax and GST reports
· Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum 4 years of finance experience, including 2 years of managerial experience. Prior experience in external audit, import/export documents, construction industry project claims is preferred
· Degree, preferably in Accounting, Business or Economics
· Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant preferred
· Able to converse in English and Mandarin, in order to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
· Able to write in English, in order to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
· Willing to work in Tuas area
