About the Role:
We are looking for a self-motivated team player to join our Singapore office to support the growth of our business.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot & repair electrical works to ensure functionality, including but not limited to air-conditioning, refrigeration and plumbing.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance work.
- Diagnosing potential maintenance issues and highlighting to the reporting manager proactively.
- Liaise internally and externally with contractors, service providers and statutory authorities when necessary.
- Respond to emergency calls on critical services and be on standby during off-duty hours, including going onsite for emergency matters.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
Job requirements:
- Over 2 years of work experience in hotel maintenance, plumbing, aircon servicing and M&E systems.
- Familiar with the use of common hand and power tools and carry out works such as painting, carpentry work, part replacements etc.
- Possess basic computer literacy skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well independently and in teams.
- Able to cope and perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work on shift.
