Job Description
- Ensure quality, service, compliance, and SOP implementation across restaurants.
- Financial & Business Performance: Set monthly targets, monitor P&L, manage budgets, and recommend policies.
- Compliance & Service Standards: Ensure adherence to company policies, laws, and maintain service standards.
- Strategic Projects: Identify markets, recommend refurbishments, and oversee investment projects.
The Successful Applicant
- At keast 6 years of operation management experience, including at least 3 years as a team leader/supervisor.
- Able to work on shift, need to work on weekends / PH
- Experience related to cafe operations will be an advantage
- Great leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Service and result oriented, good team player.
