Location: Novena
Working hours: Monday - Thursday (830am - 6pm) & Friday (830am - 530pm)
Responsibilities
- Perform quality checks on digitised records
- General housekeeping of hardcopy records (including packing of files/documents to be sent for digitisation)
- Data entry
- General administrative and support work
Requirements
- Min. Polytechnic Diploma
- Comfortable to pack and lift heavy files and cartons on a regular basis
- Meticulous and pay attention to details
- Good verbal and written communication skils
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
