Regional Activity:
- Assist Finance Manager on finance reporting and reconciliation for month end, audit and taxation of other regional group.
- Act as backup support to other regional group based local finance team.
- Responsible for the monthly balance sheet reconciliation and audit schedule.
- Consolidate, review and upload weekly cashflow forecast into Cognos system.
- Assist on yearly audit and tax exercise.
- Assist on yearly and quarterly budget, forecast and queries.
- Maintain chart of account, customer and vendor master in ERP & Cognos system.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to further streamline accounting tasks, increase efficiency and shorten month end closing.
Singapore Activity:
- Prepare monthly management reports, balance sheet schedules and other reports with supporting analysis.
- Review adjustment, schedules of PPV, pre-payments, accruals, fixed assets register and others.
- Prepare weekly cashflow forecast.
- Prepare quarterly GST/WHT filing and on-time submission for Singapore and other regional group.
- Prepare and submit pre-audit requests to external auditor.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned from time to time.
