iPlusLiving is an innovative solution designed for smart residential and property management, offering an all-in-one platform to enhance the living experience for condo residents and management.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Have deep understanding of iPlusLiving product
- Provide end-to-end onboarding and training for clients & platform users
- Provide first-level support to property manager and end-users
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to appropriate channels
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely execution of ongoing projects and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Maintain records of client and end-user feedback for product enhancements and improvements
- Work closely with development team on fixes, enhancements and ensure timely release
- Assist in completing user acceptance testing for platform
- Assist in other administrative ad-hoc duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Diploma, A-level, or any equivalent
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Positive attitude, detailed and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
- Experience in condo estate management is a bonus
- Knowledge of English and Chinese languages is essential
- Willing to work staggered hours when required
