About the Client:
An excellent opportunity for a Sales Support Associate – Insurance has just arisen at one of the world's leading financial services institutions.
Responsibilities:
Support the Sales Support team in delivering excellent service and assistance to Retail channels, focusing on Personal Lines Insurance such as Motor, Travel, Home, Maid, Personal Accident, Health, and BANCA products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day matters and issues of the Sales Support Team.
- Attend promptly to agents' and policyholders' enquiries via telephone, emails, and correspondences.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, relevant laws, and regulations.
- Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) set by the organization.
- Provide specialized support for maid insurance inquiries and requests.
To succeed in this role, you must have addressed daily issues within the Sales Support team, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations, and meeting service level agreements.
Skills/Requirement:
Key Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels, ‘A’ Levels, or Diploma.
- Certificate in General Insurance and Personal General Insurance is advantageous.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in Maid, BANCA, Customer Service, or Sales Support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competency in problem solving and functional job knowledge.
- High integrity, accountability, and a good team player.
- Ability to multi-task and meet stringent service standards.
- Well-organized and systematic approach to work.
