Specific Responsibilities :
• Handling / monitoring full set of accounts (GL / FA / AR / AP)
• Support preparation of Statutory Financial Statements and report to HQ.
• Responsible for timely and accurate month-end and year end closing & maintain BS Schedule.
• Prepare journal entries, balance sheet & bank reconciliations and analysis.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly GST/VAT/WHT reporting, reconciliation report and tax computation.
• Monitor and check cashflow.
• Attend to internal /external auditors’ requests and queries during annual audit.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Support automation projects.
• Improve Internal Control.
• Other administrative tasks (Government Survey etc).
Job Specifications/Requirements:
• Diploma, Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalents.
• ACCA, CA, CPA or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 3-4 years of accounting, general ledger experience.
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong in Excel and Experience in SAP or SAP Business ByDesign is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
