Main Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and record sales invoices and related documents, reconcile payments and address members’ inquiries regarding their Statement of Account and payments
- Record and process payments to vendors after performing 3-way matching to ensure proper documentation.
- Monitor and process intercompany transactions and balances.
- Prepare reconciliations and submit GST tax returns.
- Perform month-end adjustments including preparing journal entries and schedules.
- Monitor and record bank entries.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements.
- Administer advance payment requests.
- Asist in the purchasing function.
- Liaise with external professional service providers for audit, corporate secretarial, and income tax matters.
- Provide coverage for co-workers as needed.
- Support various ad-hoc projects and tasks.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with ERP and other applications is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
