Technical Sales Manager

Our clients take pride in being a one-stop air conditioning service provider catering to all needs for aircon servicing, installation, and repairs in Singapore. Their primary objective is to deliver top-notch aircon services, installations, and repairs promptly, within budget, and with exceptional customer service


They are seeking for a Technical Sales Manager to join their young and dynamic team, to manage and to oversee their current operations. As a successful applicant, you are expected to:

  • Cultivate a sell-out oriented approach to enhance market share and sustain optimum channel inventory levels
  • Take ownership of the sales process from start to finish to ensure successful deal execution
  • Manage order monitoring from placement to delivery site
  • Demonstrate proficient follow-up capabilities and adeptness in handling objections
  • Conduct weekly assessments of store performance to pinpoint issues and opportunities
  • Collaborate and supervising the field force team assigned to the channel
  • Hold weekly alignment meetings with the supply chain manager to ensure precise sell-in and sell-out forecasts, mitigating sales loss and excess stock
  • Participate in Aircon design phases and value engineering
  • Conduct sales activities aimed at achieving targets through collaboration with channel accounts
  • Tackle multifaceted problems where data analysis entails evaluating discernible factors. Exhibit sound judgment in selecting methodologies and techniques to derive solutions
  • Ensure timely management of account receivables and payables

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least 10 years’ experience coming from the same industry – Airconditioning Servicing and Installation, with at least 4 to 5 years of sales experience in managing projects
  • Successful sales track records as well as strong key account management
  • At least 4 – 5 years in staff training and management, logistics planning and staffing project management
  • Excellent in cognitive thought and problem-solving
  • Creative and innovative
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and possess good project management and presentation skills.


Our client offers competitive Base Salary + Commission Package.
