Company is a commodities derivatives trading arm of the parent which isthe parent,
which is the largest trading houses in Japan.
Company's Head office is London UK and we are Singapore branch covering Asia Ex-Japan region.
Responsibilities:
- Handle general office administration work
- Attend incoming calls, booking flight & hotel, filing and etc
- Handle accounting work, such as to expense reimbursement, payment request, invoice and etc
- Document filing, such as audited financial filing, GST filing and Transfer Pricing Document and etc
- Assist a Trader, to input trade recap, calculate P&L, making reports, monitor the market and etc
Qualification and Skills:
- More than 3 years working experience in administrative job and role in back office
- Advantage if you have an experience in simple accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point and Excel.
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task, work independently and collaborate with team members.
Conditions:
- Full time / Permanent position
- Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 6:15pm
- Office location: City
- Salary range: around S$3,500
