Responsibilities
· Assist with the management of the company's mailroom & document control operations.
· Attend to phone calls and front desk duties
· Maintain customer database and prepare documents for clients
· Handle corporate administrative functions including repair & maintenance of office, stationery supplies, etc.
· Assist in any ad-hoc administrative projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· 'O' Level/ITE/ Diploma/ fresh graduate are welcomed to apply
· Willing to learn and be able to work independently
· Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
· Adaptable, takes initiative and strives for improvement
· Possess basic Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment
