As the Business Development Manager at Old Airport RD Pau Dian PTE LTD, you will be a key driver in expanding our market presence, increasing revenue, and ensuring the long-term success of our brand. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives that attract new customers, build strong relationships with partners, and enhance our competitive position in the food and beverage industry. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, market analysis, sales expertise, and operational management.


Specific Responsibilities

Individual to be involved in:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy focused on financial gain and market expansion.

- Identify and evaluate potential new business opportunities within the franchise or F&B industry. - Conduct market research and analysis to assess the viability of new business opportunities.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including franchisees, partners, and customers.

- Negotiate and close deals for new business opportunities, ensuring favorable terms and conditions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.

- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

- Track and measure the performance of new business initiatives, providing regular reports to senior management.

- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.


Technical Skills and Competencies

1. To conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand customer preferences, competitive landscape, and industry trends.developing goals, objectives and processes

2. To develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve the company’s growth objectives and identify new market opportunities to expand the dim sum outlet's market reach.

3. Enhance brand visibility and reputation through targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

4. To develop and manage the business development budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and monitor financial performance and report on key metrics to senior management.

5. Develop and implement customer engagement initiatives to foster loyalty and repeat business and to gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve service offerings.
