- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant.
- At least 6 years of related working experience in leading a support team to deliver services to customers
- Good domain knowledge and experience on the following, but not limited to:
- a. Network services e.g. DNS, DHCP, SMTP, NTP, Load Balancer
- b. Security eg. firewall technologies, IDS/IPS, SIEM, Log Analyser, Endpoint Protection
- c. Enterprise wide LAN, WLAN, WAN administration
- d. Distribution and Core Switching, Routing, VPN, SSL/IPSec
- Proficient in implementation and troubleshooting of hardware such as Routers, Switches, WLC modems, APs, network interface cards, IPS, Firewalls, IPS, LB, Proxies, ClearPass, ISE, Mobile Iron, Structured Cabling etc, in particular major brands such as Cisco, Alcatel, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Aruba and Solarwinds .
- Certification in ITIL, network and/or security are preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
