Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Quantity Surveyors in tender preparation, submission, budgeting and forecasting.
- To take charge of contract review to assure proper tenders are prepared and submitted.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks related to contracts and costs.
- Developing plans and estimating budgets and timescales
- Review and negotiate the terms of business contracts
- To look out for tender opportunities and attend site show-rounds to tenders or visit site to understand the project site conditions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards and procedures.
- To undertake any other associated tasks and responsibilities assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
- At least Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering /Quantity Surveying or Equivalent
- Minimum MUST have 7 years related experience
- Confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills in leading a team
- Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills
- Well-versed in both Contracts Administration and Tenders
- Experience in contract preparation and management
- Able to work with fast-paced environment & capable to perform under pressure
- Positive attitude and organise
