Project coordinator (Vietnamese speaking)
As a Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects and operations. With knowledge in engineering will provide you with the technical expertise needed to effectively communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders, both internal and external. Fluency in both English and Vietnamese is essential for this role to facilitate communication with our Vietnamese-speaking clients and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
- Communicate effectively with Vietnamese-speaking clients and partners, ensuring their needs are met and issues resolved promptly.
- Organizing, attending & participating in meeting clients, partners and stakeholders to assess their needs, requirements and coordinate to ensure the project smoothly completion deliverables within timelines.
- Learn, understand and coordinate effectively communicate the customer’s requirements to allow solution accurately built to the agreed specifications with team members.
- Serve as a bridge between client, partners, team members and other department with different languages for translating technical jargon, terms and agreement, information, plan, schedules and following up into understandable terms to prevent miscommunication or wrong information communicate.
- Manage customers job requests with proactive solution-based approach
- Prepare & managing purchase order, inventory, invoices, reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately
- Provide excellent customer service
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
· Fluency in both English and Vietnamese, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
· Diploma in engineering or related field
· Self motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Able to work independently and under pressure to meet datelines and schedules.
· To be able to work in fast paced environment and a team player.
· Good interpersonal skills, team player and with good customer service.
· Good experience in order acceptance and providing multi-option solutions.
· Friendly and adaptive nature, service orientated and tactful in customer communications.
