- Do note that this is a one year agency contract.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze user and system requirements thoroughly.
- Design software components or modules within an architectural framework, documenting designs using tools such as Flow Charts and Sequence Diagrams.
- Implement efficient code according to software designs and specifications.
- Prioritize and execute tasks throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of application code.
- Perform validation and verification testing procedures.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and enhance product features.
- Develop frontend and backend solutions using low code platforms like Outsystems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
- Proficiency in software development and maintenance of production systems.
- Familiarity with at least one of the programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with one of the major cloud service providers (Azure, AWS, GCP) is advantageous.
- Understanding of serverless architectures, microservices, and API gateways.
- Knowledge of frontend development frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js is a plus.
- Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB).
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Willingness to acquire new knowledge and skills as required.
