Biomedical tech company that specializes in wellness products and services looking to expand its business in Singapore and Asia Pacific regions.
Responsibilities:
· Handle incoming phone calls related to account servicing, product inquiries, and help desk requests, as well as provide support for events
· Assist in keeping track of appointments and coordinating calendars across departments
· Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and report generation, to support the overall operation.
· Manage registration process and keep visitors record in database
· Follow through on case handling and maintain effective communication with customers.
· In charge of the upkeep of the reception and lobby area used to host customers
· Preparation of refreshments for customers
· Provide support to other departments when needed
· Any other duties assigned by General Manager
Requirements & Qualifications
· “O” levels and above with at least 2 years’ experience working as an admin officer or in customer service
· 5 day work week
· Prior customer service experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
· Comfortable with Microsoft office applications
