Business Development Manager

Aletheia Security Management Pte. Ltd.

Aletheia Security Management is seeking for a motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. The BDM will be reponsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for achieving targets.


Specific Responsibilities:

1. In-depth knowledge on the different types of security systems like surveillance systems, access control systems, intrusion detection systems, fire and life safety systems and cybersecurity. Have a comprehensive understanding of the company's security products and services.

2. Have the ability to develop and implement strategic business developments plans while keeping the company competent in setting and achieving long-term goals that are aligned with the company's vision.

3.Develop business development initatives and have the competency in managing multiple projects simultaneously ensuring that the initatives are completed on time and within budget while ultimately being able to contribute to the company's growth.

4. Conduct market research to analyse the industry trends and identify the market opportunties that the company can take on while being aware of the competitive threats that might affect the company’s growth.

5. Provide technical training and support to clients and team members by conducting workshops and seminars and preparing the development training materials.

6. Identify and approach potential clients to present the company's products and services available by conducting presentations and meetings to showcase the services and negotiate contracts and at the same time be able to build and maintain strong relationships with exisiting and potential clients.

7. Drive sales efforts to meet the company's sales targets and revenue by preparing and delivering proposals, quotes and contracts for customers and helping the company in preparation of documentation to be able to participate of bid/tender processes.

8. Represent on behalf of the company at industry events, conferences and trade shows while networking with other industry professionals and stakeholders to promote and enhance brand visibility and awareness to the public.
