Customer Service and Admin Executive (Govt, Up to $3,600) | SPMG

• Entry level, training provided!
• Basic + Allowances up to $3,600 + AWS + VB
• Permanent role on 3-year renewal
• 4 weekdays + 1 weekend, Morning/Afternoon shift as assigned

Responsibilities:

1. Provides information and handles enquiries on services to the general public over the counter.
2. Promotes courses and events, assist in organising community outreach and projects.
3. Use system for booking and registration of courses.
4. Ensure that newspapers, publicity materials and application forms for activities/courses/ events are displayed on a display rack.
5. Ensures that notice boards are kept up-to-date and presentable.
6. Meets Service Standards at all times.

Requirements:

1. Singaporeans only.
2. Possesses minimum a Diploma in any discipline with experience in Customer Service over the counter.
3. Meticulous team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
