Responsibilities:
· Prepare documentation and reports for management review
· Participate in discussions to bridge the gaps between business and IT team, you are the key person to articulate clearly the incident details
· Perform Functional and SIT Testing before release to UAT for User Testing
· Perform User Acceptance Test Planning & automated and manual testing
· Assist to assess vendors in ensuring deliveries from vendors and developers meets standards and user requirements.
· Provide support to configure the system
· Manage ITSM tool
Requirements:
· Having 2 to 3 years of application support experience
· Experience in Building & Construction/Building Information Modelling (BIM) business knowledge is strongly preferred
· Knowledge in ARCHICAD is a key advantage
· Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related disciplines
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
· High level of motivation
· Experience in Public Sector implementation is an advantage.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
· Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them within very tight timeframes
