Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
- Coordinate with suppliers, shipping lines, and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
- Conduct regular audits and manage inventory discrepancies.
- Prepare and review shipping documents such as bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation requirements.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related role.
- Proficiency in logistics software and inventory management systems.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
