Jobs description:
- Attend to daily administrative office function;
- Collate monthly claims for approval;
- Data entries for purchases and expenses;
- Assist with month end bank reconciliation;
- Maintain and update employees leaves record;
- Prepare monthly payroll summary and generate payslips;
- Other ad hoc admin duties such as courier arrangement, and etc. from time to time.
