Responsibilities
- Overseeing and managing the team’s day-to-day automotive operations
- Review and streamline work processes for greater effectiveness and efficiency
- Provide guidance and direction in the management, planning, organising, coordinating and operational processes of the automotive department.
- Develop, mentor and guide staff with good leadership and ensuring succession planning
- Ensure proper implementation of company’s system, policies and procedures
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by the senior management
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Working Experience in the Automotive Industry would be advantageous
- Diploma in any Mechanical or Engineering disciplines, Business Administration or relevant subjects with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in service operations and technical analysis.
Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, etc)
- Customer Service-oriented
