Responsibilities


  • Connecting Guests/Visitors to Staff
  • Offer refreshment when appropriate
  • Answering calls in a professional manner; screen and routing phone calls as necessary to the correct person
  • Manage office inventory, ensuring healthy stocks of supplies; first –aid,
  • stationeries and pantry, ensure copiers’ trays are stocked
  • Meeting room booking and management
  • Manage simple office facilities matters such as lights, air-cons etc.
  • Manage monthly landscaping maintenance arrangements
  • Receiving and sending incoming mails to relevant departments
  • Handle outgoing mails and courier arrangements
  • Other ad-hoc or general affairs duties as assigned for payment of invoices


Requirements

  • Diploma with 1 to 2 years relevant working experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Professional and presentable individual
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Maintain confidentiality and show discretion
