Job Responsibilities:
- Project Management and Quality Improvement
- Develop or port new technology and transfer to Fab for mass production.
- Integrate new project technology specifications, select processes, and adjust development schedules.
- Compile design rules, oversee process and equipment monitoring, and prepare reviews.
- Execute new product tape-out and pilot runs.
- Conduct process and device window inspections.
- Systematically troubleshoot process issues.
- Supervise and guide junior engineers in completing assigned tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic engineering, Materials engineering or Physics.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in report writing and presentation.
