Major Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare technical drawings in 2D/3D and details
- Provide complete set of drawings and advice the designers on any design conflicts
- Advise designers on structural feasibility of designs
- Coordinate with designers/projects on specific requirements for technical drawings
- Conduct revisions for technical drawings
- Conduct site measurement/take pictures on-site for technical drawing references
- Can be able to outstation on project site when necessary
Knowledge / Skill Requirements:
- Proficiency in design software such as CAD, Revit, Sketch up and knowledgeable in Photoshop and Rhino
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Good time-management abilities
- With good understanding/ knowledge on latest construction methodology
Education / Experience Requirements:
- Able to do technical hand sketches
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
