Job Description
Ensure day to day operation and administration of the general office is efficient and that the system, resources and equipment are well maintained, including:
· To handle frontline services and telephone enquiries
· To collate of returns from students (e.g. medical records form, dismissal slips)
· To render first aid to students
· To administer lost and found articles
· To manage and maintain the loan book
· To assist with general admin work like handling mails, faxing, monitoring pupils/teachers’ returns, receiving goods, photocopy assignments and certificate printing etc
· To administer bus booking
· To manage car decals for students’ parents
· To consolidate data and surveys
· To assist AMs in data entry and record keeping
· To disseminate information via Teachers’ Document Collection File
· Any other duties assigned by Admin Managers or School Leaders
Requirements
· At least a GCSE O-level certification or equivalent.
· Proficient in basic IT skills e.g. Microsoft Office and data entry.
· Meticulous and organized.
· Communicates well in English and has good interpersonal skills.
· Preferably with experience in administrative and customer services
Working hours
· Mondays to Thursdays: 7.00am to 4.30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
· Fridays: 7.00am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

· Contract Period: From 1 August 2024 to 31 December 2025
· With option to extend (Discretion)
