Mon to Thurs 8.30am to 6pm
Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel
Job Responsibilities
- To prepare monthly statistical reports i.e. for BSC, MCM, etc.
- To assist in the collation and complication of data for MOH and internal department use.
- Assists to organize meetings; reserves meeting venues and minutes taking.
- To assist in preparation of presentation slides.
- To present the reports (i.e. BSC, PSS, etc) at meetings
- Support in asset tracking and monitoring
- Raises e-procurement or purchase requisition for department purchases, if required.
- Manage and schedule calendar appointments for HOD.
- Prepares for new hires’ on-boarding
- Maintain and update of staff particulars and PSA Leave records
- To support Emergency Planning activities i.e. Civil Emergency, Pandemic Outbreak, etc
- To participate in process and service initiatives
- To participate in corporate events, whenever necessary i.e. Outreach programmes, etc
- Undertakes any other responsibilities assigned by Reporting Officer.
