Our client is the world leading semiconductor fabrication provider with presence in Singapore for over 20 years, specialized IC foundry service provider.
What you will be working on:
- Coordinator for Equipment Group at section or department level
- Versatile in handling various equipment types
- Initiate, organize and lead task-force for short term problem solving and long term continuous improvement
- Perform shift duties to support production as requested
- Explore opportunity to improve COO, cycle time and Equipment reliability
- Lead/ facilitate CIT projects to set and achieve goals
- Establish systems and guidelines for intra/ inter-department activities
- Manage/ drive vendors performance to meet/ exceed equipment KPI, and SRS goals
- Forecast/ establish stock levels of spares and consumables to meet capacity demand, ensure equipment expenditures within budget forecast
- Train and certify equipment Engineers/ AE’s
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics)
- Min 8 years in semiconductor fab operational experience
- Technical experience in WET preferred, such as DIFF II / Wetbench / Wet Clean.
