Role Description
- Develop AI features that encompasses Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision and Data Analytics.
- Lead software applications development, architecture design, installation and implementation of projects.
- Enhance existing product designs.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to explore business requirements and react quickly to customer feedback.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest AI, web and tech trends and have a keen interest in the latest developments in such technologies.
Qualifications
- Possess Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong working knowledge in Java and Spring Framework.
- Working knowledge in ReactJs/NextJS.
- Must familiar with Java, Spring Framework, Springboot, PostgreSQL, Bash Scripting.
- Working knowledge in AWS, GCP cloud services and environment.
- Experiences in contact centre environment, VOIP (Asterisk), Social Media Chatbot (WhatsApp, Facebook, WeChat, etc.) will be advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess a pro-active attitude towards customers and good working attitude.
- Strong in technical analytical problem resolution skills.
- Familiar with Windows and Linux environment.
