Key Areas of Responsibilities: -
- Perform repairs and servicing of electronic instruments, specializing in musical instruments and PA systems.
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide on-site repair service as required.
- Offer technical advice and guidance to customers regarding instrument maintenance and repair.
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards and consistently deliver high-quality technical support.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all service requests and completed repairs.
- Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and a proactive willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
Requirements: -
- ITE graduates in wood and metal work or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of acoustic instrument diagnostic, trouble shooting and repair.
- Knowledge in music and musical instrument will be an added advantage.
- A team player with good interpersonal skills.
