This role will be based in Singapore and report directly to the CTO.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead data analysis efforts for international projects, encompassing:
- Gathering, organizing, and analyzing data from diverse sources to uncover insights and trends.
- Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project progress and success.
- Performing statistical analysis, data modeling, and forecasting to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Presenting findings and strategic recommendations to cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts to grasp business requirements and translate them into robust analytical frameworks.
- Develop and implement dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate data insights and support informed decision-making processes.
- Keep abreast of emerging data analysis tools, techniques, and best practices; propose enhancements to optimize the data analysis workflow.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar role, with a proven track record of driving data-driven insights and business impact.
- Proficient in SQL, Python/R, or other data analysis programming languages.
- Strong statistical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Practical communication skills across English and Mandarin, both written and verbal, to present complex data insights to a diverse audience.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) and dashboard design principles.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
