Work you’ll do
This role sits within the SAP team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which encompasses the SAP Module solutions respectively. As a leader of this group, you will drive the growth of our SAP business in the region and be responsible for the creation, sale and delivery of SAP solutions: Functional and Technical Design, SAP Application & Systems Development, SAP Business Transformation, etc.
As a Director in our SAP practice you will:
· Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements.
· Advise clients on industry/ cross-industry leading practices. Advise clients on SAP recommended processes and functions.
· Design target state SAP solutions for clients. Influence clients’ thinking in adopting leading/ standard practices while developing target state.
· Analyze application landscape to design interfaces to SAP solution.
· Perform SAP configuration and tests. Develop specifications for development of forms/ reports/ interfaces.
· Lead the consultant and client teams through the implementation cycle including planning and execution of testing, migration and cutover.
· Support change management execution by developing training material, delivering training and supporting users post cutover.
· Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
· Help our clients solve their most critical information and technological challenges by providing oversight and directing project teams in research efforts and analytics to develop and deliver innovative technology-enabled solutions.
· Oversee and provide directions to the project teams in undertaking IT assessments, critically examine alignment of technology elements against key business priorities, develop recommendations and advise on appropriate strategies, governance, architecture, and innovations to optimize the configuration of clients’ operations.
· Work closely with mid- to senior-level stakeholders to provide status updates and progress reports on project deliverables.
· Lead the delivery of workshops with the client, as well as provide subject matter expertise in addressing issues that may be raised during key presentations.
· Serve as a trusted advisor to the senior IT leadership team or business sponsor and leverage your technical abilities to influence and shape key decisions and/or thought processes of the clients.
· Set up, manage and track project economics in accordance to the approved pricing parameters.
· Take responsibility for managing the project teams and will be accountable for all work products developed by the project teams.
· Take responsibility for management of project teams and will mentor team members to help them in their career progression.
· Be a trusted advisor to our clients and will work closely with them in shaping major IT transformation programs and identify business opportunities ahead of the curve. You will drive the development of proposals, presentations and publications in response to market demand.
· Contribute to the development of our practice by coaching junior team members and developing pursuit’s materials/proposals.

Enough about us, let's talk about you. If you are someone with:
· Bachelor or Master’s degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Business Information Systems/ Business, Engineering/ Mathematics or related disciplines.
· Minimum of ten (10) + years of post-qualification experience working in manufacturing and/or consulting with at least 10 years of progressive career experience.
· Certified in SAP modules for SCM and logistics modules.
· Experience/exposure with SAP S/4 HANA migration is a must.
· Certified in SAP Project management methodology for Cloud product and On-Premise product deployments.
· Recognized leader and have in-depth regional market knowledge.
· Sound understanding of business process, industry nuances and leading practices in area of focus
· Ability to facilitate effective workshops to lead target state design.
· Deep and wide experience in SAP led transformation programs in Manufacturing Industries.
· Broad understanding and appreciation of emerging business and technology paradigms.
· Demonstrated ability to engage client leadership and management on a range of issues.
· A self-motivated individual with ability to chart his/ her route to success.
· Ability to provide situational leadership to engagement teams, and coaching/ mentorship to team members.
