Job Responsibilities:
- Help manage and take care of the site according to what the Client wants.
- Work with a team to do daily jobs in the shopping mall, like checking that everything in the building works well.
- Follow Client rules and guidelines, plus legal rules, when making plans and doing tasks. Quickly handle Client requests, feedback, complaints, and other needs.
- Make sure contractors finish their work on time and keep the building systems working smoothly.
- Perform any other assigned duties by your supervisor.
Requirements:
- Nitec qualification in technical or building services or equivalent.
- At least one (1) year of relevant working experience or in the alternative, possess at least 5 years of technical experience in the field of facilities management.
- Possess Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) will be preferred.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply, though opportunities are limited to specific sites.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
- Willing to work rotating shift (including weekends & Public Holidays).
- Working schedules: 44-hrs work week.
