Job Description
You will work closely with our Technical team to provide technical directions on the fabrication and installation of our products, aiming to increase productivity and enhance customer home living experience.
We are looking for someone who is skilled and experienced with outdoor blinds, aluminum windows and door industry.
You will be responsible for the technical excellence of our fabrication and installation activities, which includes:
- Assess and audit workflow for production and installation; to derive improvements on safety, efficiency and workmanship.
- Research into product specifications and developing enhancements or new applications for them.
- Develop new options for motorising our products and integration with smart home systems.
- Inspect and assess our ecosystem of installers.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions based on each commercial project’s needs.
- Incorporate workflows with new systems.
What will the Right Person look like?
- You have hands-on and technical experience in fabrication and/or installation activities involving aluminum products and glass products for windows, balconies and outdoor spaces.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- You are able to demonstrate critical problem-solving skills by analysing the issues and providing innovative and practical solutions.

- Applicants with relevant industry experience and/or relevant areas of study (Interior Design / Architecture / Engineering) are welcome.
