Job Description
- Serve as the principal technical liaison for customers and internal staff providing all aspects of trade support.
- Monitor and respond to requests received directly from users/ clients or regional IT teams.
- Managing/ communicating escalation of unresolvable issues to relevant upstream IT support.
- Managing/ updating of documentation of systems and standard operating procedures.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Information Technology and/or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience in IT systems / trade support / related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer service background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
