Global BG Engagement and Optimization Sr Manager, Marketing Technologies and Digital Experience (MTDE)
- Collaborate closely with Global Business Group Marketing leaders to understand and develop Digital Marketing priorities for execution. Devise processes and operating rhythms to effectively orchestrate the execution of these programs with the MTDE teams
- Act as the central point of contact for Global Business Groups for engagement with MTDE, resolving issues and roadblocks and enabling transparent 2 way comunication on digital marketing priorities and execution status
- Collaborate across Martech and DO teams, ensuring end to end visibility of martech programs and deployment and operational support needed
- Standardize execution process of key programs across MTDE, leveraging program management practices
- Provide inputs into 3M wide martech approval committee (Digital Customer), driving standardization of program intake and management process
- Continued optimization of our largest service delivery offerings (Web, Marketing Automation and Product Content), partnering with SMEs across MTDE, IT and the business groups as applicable. Drive productivity and standardization of our service offerings
- Drive standardized work management and metrics across Digital Operations and Martech, providing greater transparency and automation on reporting
- Manage, develop and mentor diverse team of SMEs to enable realization of team's vision and organizational goals
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Preferred MS degree
- Min. 7 years of experience of Marketing/ customer experience.
- Skills for digital marketing/ analytics.
- Preferred experience of Multinational companies.
- Well trained business communication in English.
