Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and regulations. Conduct safety inspections and report any hazards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs. Update logs and prepare maintenance reports.
- Oversee the inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment. Ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained and available for use.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repair tasks. Supervise work to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
- Participate in emergency response activities, including fire drills and building evacuations. Be available for on-call support during emergencies.
Requirements:
- Minimum Nitec / Diploma in any Engineering / Building Services or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant technical / technician experience in commercial building
- No experience candidate with relevant Diploma are welcome to apply
- Able to start work immediately / within short notice are advantageous
- Willing to work rotating shift
