Job Responsibilities:
- Perform reception duties, scheduling of appointment, registration, dispending of medication, payment collection and administrative duties relating to patients.
- Assists doctors/nurses with the provision of treatment and patient examiniations.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service.
- Provide assistance to the Clinic Manager in ensuring the smooth operations of the clinic.
- Handle claims such as TPA (Third-Party), Medisave, Insurance and other documentations.
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the clinic.
- Involve in administrative functions relating to work areas such as stationary/drug/consumable ordering/stock-take.
- Perform other ad-hoc departmental tasks/activities as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent teamwork & people skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage high pressure clinical environment, adapt to team's working styles.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Able to commit 5.5 days work week (Half-day Saturday)
