Technical Project Manager (Mandarin language proficiency)

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with language proficiency, below are the job requirements

1. Understand the client systems and application architecture and enhancement requirements from internal business clients
2. Create project plans, estimate cost and resource requirements
3. Execute the project, track progress, take corrective actions as required with the multi-vendor teams
4. Communicate the progress, risks proactively to all management stakeholders
5. Mandarin lauguage fluency – Able to deal paper work and stakeholders from China
6. Technical PM skills - Able to operate in a complex software environment across multiple cost centres, geographies and systems
7. Domain - Strong experience in eCommerce and Retail industry and solutions, i.e. payment gateway, Point of Sales, Sales Automation, Products, offers etc.
8. Technology – Experience in Java Technologies and best practise implementations
9. Good understanding of Enterprise systems and their integrations (API), Managing dependencies and coordinating with other stakeholders.
10. Strong understanding of controlling and running projects within estimated budgets, schedule and quality.
11. Coordinate with all the offshore/onshore stakeholders for the success of the releases

Good to have:

1. Project Management certifications, CSM, PMP, Prince2
2. Experience in Unix / Linux / Mac environment
3. Experience in cloud environments, AWS
4. Working in Agile / Scrum environment
5. Strong negotiation, coordination and conflict resolution skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
