System Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with all internal levels, including customers and our contractors to clarify technical issues
- Perform system administration, troubleshooting and production support in-house
- Perform system administration, troubleshooting and production support at customers' sites
- Support company business development, marketing and sales activities, demos or new product presentation
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering/IT
- Experience in Network, Windows & Linux OS, SQL server
- Experience in Hardware like Server, NAS, SAN and VM
- Experience in Networking like Switches & Firewall
- Experience in Cybersecurity
- Experience in Project Management
