KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the management of welfare services, contractors, partners and any other stakeholders.
- Ensure achievement of operational goals, contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Conduct regular review of work processes to improve beneficiary satisfaction, operations efficiency, and productivity.
- Lead, train, and supervise the work of the team.
- Prepare tender, contract, budget, forecast, and analysis reports.
- Ensure appropriate staffing, adherence to policies, and uphold standards within the various welfare projects.
- Any other duties as requested by the management
REQUIREMENTS
- A degree holder with minimum 5 years experience in a welfare service or a related field.
- IT savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Beneficiary-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Have a pleasant & positive working attitude.
- Pro-active, Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Meticulous and attentive to details.
- Highly responsible & reliable.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
